Family owned European leader in design and manufacturing of greenhouse projects with equipment in collaboration with RH PARTNERS recruiting agency is looking for a technically and commercially skilled sales professional (m/f) with experience in Russia/CIS to support their customers mainly in Russia as well as in the other member countries of the CIS, working from a Home Office, ideally based in Moscow or South region of Russia.

Our Client is strongly expending their operations in Russia in order to cope with its strong ambitions as far as new developments are concerned.

The position reports to the Chief of Sales for Northen and Eastern Europe, based in Europe

Responsibilities

In this function you will be responsible for achieving the agreed targets for sales and market exploitation by advising and supporting existing customers and actively further building up the client base in the sales territory, consisting direct customers and distribution customers.

Ensuring regular monitoring of the market and identification of the new market opportunities, you will take care of constructing robust business proposals and packages as well as preparation of technical-commercial offers that secure new contracts and long-term client relationships.

Giving a strong guidance you will interface with the distributor to create a share of mind and motivation in promoting all company products and solutions.

In addition you will assist in planning and implementation of sales promotion activities.

As a technical sales manager you will consult company’s R&D department about identification of new applications for company’s products and equipment and propose the best solution to the customers in order to serve them with the appropriate adaptations and specifications and contribute to improve the quality of provided clients’ services’ (design-in approach).

As Project manager you will organize, follow up and coordinate realization process of sold-out projects, starting with management and control of the projects’ budgets, creation and coordination a network of subcontractors, provide other technical and commercial support for assembly realization of the projects etc.

Requirements:

To be successful at selling these very special products and turnkey projects products, you must bring with you:

Higher degree

Fluency in English and Russian, French is a plus

Proven record at least 2-3 years in B2B sales either in agricultural field (ideally greenhouses), sales of technical equipment or turnkey projects management in the international business, ideally in Russia and the CIS countries

Good sense and experience in attracting new Clients and conducting negotiations

Confident with presenting and selling at specification level with the ability to build technical-commercial offers, primary projects’ calculations and rapport at projects

Appreciated experience or confidence to work in autonomy or on home office and ability manage his/her time

Competence in international interaction at all business levels

Strong organization, meeting management, and time management skills.

You expect regular traveling of at least 50% of your time.

Managing several projects in the different regions of Russia or CIS at once.

Exposure to tender management.

Мда, не понял какая именно компания, т.е. Название фирмы. А так работа хорошая но ездит надо много, очень много, но машину не дают, или неправильно понял?!
